If you are not satisfied for any reason products may be returned within 30 days of shipment for a full credit or exchange (provided the product is undamaged). Return documentation should clearly specify credit or exchange. Returned items must be in the original packaging. All returns must include a return authorization (RA) number that can be obtained by contacting Groz USA Customer Service Department at 1-888-685-2916. Our customer service hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (CST). Include a copy of the original order confirmation or packing slip with your RA paperwork as proof of purchase. Returns received without a RA number may be assessed a 15% restocking (processing) fee that will be deducted from any credit due.

Pick the power source you have at the tank. 12V DC (44040) and 24V DC (44041) models flow up to 15 GPM (57 LPM) with a 1/7 HP motor, drawing 25 A and 11 A. The 115V AC 60 Hz model (44042) flows up to 13 GPM (49 LPM) with a 1/8 HP motor drawing 2.7 A. All three are UL listed.
What is the duty cycle and what comes in the box?
Duty cycle is 30 minutes on, 30 minutes off. Each pump includes a 12 ft x 3/4 in. anti-static rubber hose, a manual nozzle with built-in swivel, and a 2-piece threaded 34 in. (864 mm) steel suction tube. It mounts to a 2 in. threaded tank opening.
