Uses for a soft face head include: Driving nails into wood or metal without denting the piece Striking painted car body panels or machined parts to prevent scratches or dents Breaking rock or compacted material without damaging the surrounding surfaces Hitting softer metals or machined parts where a harder hammer would cause unwanted hardening or surface damage  The Indestructible handle is engineered and constructed with spring steel bars, locked in with a steel locking plate. This design ensures that the head remains securely attached and prevents becoming loose or dislodged. Return Policy, Limited Warranty and Limitation of Liability
If you are not satisfied for any reason products may be returned within 30 days of shipment for a full credit or exchange (provided the product is undamaged). Return documentation should clearly specify credit or exchange. Returned items must be in the original packaging. All returns must include a return authorization (RA) number that can be obtained by contacting Groz USA Customer Service Department at 1-888-685-2916. Our customer service hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (CST). Include a copy of the original order confirmation or packing slip with your RA paperwork as proof of purchase. Returns received without a RA number may be assessed a 15% restocking (processing) fee that will be deducted from any credit due.

Shipping Policy


No shipping and handling are charged to customers for standard ground delivery on orders of $75 or more before tax. Shipping Policy Exceptions: Not all products qualify for the above Shipping Policy. Additionally, standard shipping rates will apply for all orders to Alaska and Hawaii. Any charges incurred for hazardous materials or other special handling by the carrier must be paid by the customer. Yes. Every GROZ Indestructible Handle hammer carries a lifetime warranty: the handle will not break or separate from the head under normal use as a hand-held striking tool. Wear or damage to the head itself, such as mushrooming, is not covered.
