The Groz Quick Release Woodworking Vise is a traditional pattern vise designed to quickly release the front jaw for interchanging workpieces smoothly. These vises are manufactured from close-grained grey cast iron with accurately machined housings to ensure smooth sliding movement and a true parallel action free of side or cross movement. The vice jaws are equipped with a "Toe-in" feature that ensures even clamping on the whole depth of the workpiece when fully closed.
This vise is also a tail vice because of the adjustable front dog, which can be used in conjunction with a bench stop to hold oversize workpieces securely.
To use this vise, simply press the trigger to activate the quick-release function, and the front jaw will slide freely, allowing you to interchange large or small workpieces smoothly. Release the trigger to return to normal function for fine adjustments.

If you are not satisfied for any reason products may be returned within 30 days of shipment for a full credit or exchange (provided the product is undamaged). Return documentation should clearly specify credit or exchange. Returned items must be in the original packaging. All returns must include a return authorization (RA) number that can be obtained by contacting Groz USA Customer Service Department at 1-888-685-2916. Our customer service hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (CST). Include a copy of the original order confirmation or packing slip with your RA paperwork as proof of purchase. Returns received without a RA number may be assessed a 15% restocking (processing) fee that will be deducted from any credit due.
