If you are not satisfied for any reason products may be returned within 30 days of shipment for a full credit or exchange (provided the product is undamaged). Return documentation should clearly specify credit or exchange. Returned items must be in the original packaging. Returns received without a RA number may be assessed a 15% restocking (processing) fee that will be deducted from any credit due.

Which handle length should I choose?
Shorter handles (12" and 16") give you control in tight spaces and for close-in work. Longer handles (30" and 36") let you take a full two-handed swing for maximum striking force on stakes, posts and demolition. The 8 lb head comes on 12", 16", 24", 30" and 36" handles.
Can the head come loose?
No. The handle is built from spring steel bars locked into the head with a steel locking plate, so the head stays secure instead of loosening the way wood handles can. The handle is also covered by a lifetime warranty.
