If you are not satisfied for any reason products may be returned within 30 days of shipment for a full credit or exchange (provided the product is undamaged). Return documentation should clearly specify credit or exchange. Returned items must be in the original packaging. All returns must include a return authorization (RA) number that can be obtained by contacting Groz USA Customer Service Department at 1-888-685-2916. Our customer service hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (CST). Include a copy of the original order confirmation or packing slip with your RA paperwork as proof of purchase. Returns received without a RA number may be assessed a 15% restocking (processing) fee that will be deducted from any credit due.

Can the GROZ electric drum pump be used for gasoline?

No. It is rated for diesel, kerosene, biodiesel, urea and DEF/AdBlue, water-based media, antifreeze, detergents and light oils up to 100 cSt. Do not use it with gasoline, corrosive chemicals or lacquer thinners.

Will it fit a 55 gallon drum and an IBC tote?

Yes. The telescopic suction tube extends from 33.5 in. to 49 in. (850-1245 mm) for 55 gallon drums and 275-330 gallon IBC totes. The 2 in. bung adapter adjusts by 0.6 in. for different drum heights and converts to a 2.5 in. x 5 mm buttress thread for IBC totes.

Should I choose the 12V DC or the AC version?

The 45503 runs on 12V DC with a power cable and flows 4.86 GPM (18.4 LPM). The 45504 comes with an AC power adapter for US sockets and flows 5 GPM (18.9 LPM). The power sources are not interchangeable. Both run 15 minutes on, 15 minutes off. A cordless 18.5V battery version (45516) is also available at up to 7.4 GPM.
