This Groz DEF Drum Mount Kit is designed to transfer DEF from a Drum to smaller container/engines etc.
DEF, Diesel Exhaust Fluid, is a mixture of high purity synthetic automotive grade urea & de-ionized water. It is used in SCR (Selective Catalytic Reduction) system on diesel engines to reduce emissions.
A DEF transfer system consists of
a. DEF Transfer Pump
• 110V AC Diaphragm pump with lightweight non-corroding polypropylene body.
b. DEF Digital Turbine Meter (WM-20)
• Battery operated digital meter for use with DEF & water-based media. Polyamide body & sealed electronic card makes it suitable for use in all sorts of weather conditions
• Measures in Gallons, Quarts, Pints & Liters
c. Inlet Hose
Special EPDM inlet hose connecting the Drum/Tote opening to the pump inlet respectively.
d. Suction Hose
Special EPDM suction hose
e. Outlet Hose
20' special EPDM hose connecting the pump meter outlet to the dispensing nozzle.
f. Micromatic RSV
(MCM/RSV/3713)
• Micromatic Reusable 3/4" BSPP threaded valve.
g. Manual DEF Nozzle
(FCN/NY/HB/3-4)
Nylon construction with SS hardware & Viton seals, Manual control, but also includes a continuous flow switch for
unattended dispensing.
h. Auto Shut Off DEF Nozzle
(FCNA/S/SS/3-4)
Sensor built into the discharge spout automatically shuts off the supply once fluid level in the Drum/Tote reaches that of the outlet discharge spout
i. Nozzle Holder
For safe storage of the nozzle while the fluid is not being dispensed.
j. Mounting Plate
• Stainless Steel mounting plate for use in 275/330 gallons (1000/1200 liters) totes & 55 gallon (205 liter) drums
• Drum mounting plate is stretchable for varying drum diameters and acts as base for installing pump & other accessories.

Return Policy, Limited Warranty and Limitation of Liability
If you are not satisfied for any reason products may be returned within 30 days of shipment for a full credit or exchange (provided the product is undamaged). Return documentation should clearly specify credit or exchange. Returned items must be in the original packaging. All returns must include a return authorization (RA) number that can be obtained by contacting Groz USA Customer Service Department at 1-888-685-2916. Our customer service hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (CST). Include a copy of the original order confirmation or packing slip with your RA paperwork as proof of purchase. Returns received without a RA number may be assessed a 15% restocking (processing) fee that will be deducted from any credit due.
